Alright ladies. I am way not on the ball here today! I had a little dental emergency with my son today and have been gone all day. But today is weigh in for the week!
so i havent done anything this past week and just weighed in at 169.2 AHHH - halloween and my friend's birthday killed me!! getting back on track tomorrow morning!
HI! i keep watching what i am eating, and star doing the 30 day shread this monday, i don't think that i have lose any weight but i will weight my self on friday in my mom house because i don't have a scale i see if i can get one today.
New to the group would like to jump on board...hope its not too late.Started loosing weight last month(260lbs)lost30lbsin a monthcurrently weigh230 and im really proud that iam doing it the healthy way. took alot of work but didn't fall off the wagon during halloween...and it was hard cuz i havew a sweet tooth but i didnt give into temptation...on my way to sexy mamahood lol

I am feeling very discouraged. I haven't lost, in fact I have gained! :( I have been doing better with the pop this week though. I really need to quit drinking it, or at least down to 2 a week. I feel like that would give me a little space to have one when I go to the movies....I love popcorn and coke. lol.
I weighed in at 193.5 this week. I think I lost .5 lb!! That really sucks!! But I have been working out everyday. I feel so much better when I work out!! I know that I have lost inches because my clothes feel much better on me.
I didn't really pig out on halloween candy but I should have just not had any!! I will do better this week about what I eat!!
I will continue to work out. I did switch my workout from the 30 day shred to the core workout with the ball. I really like that workout. I think I will be switching back and forth so that I won't get bored.
