I am looking for a weight loss buddy. I struggle everyday to make the right food choices and portions choices too. I need too to motivate myself to excercise if not everyday for 30 mins 4 times a week. Message me if anyone is interest. Would like to share tips,food journels and progress !!!

So you want to lose weight, I think having a buddy or someone to hold you accountable is a great idea.
