New Here and Too Healthy Eating...Recipes Please
So I have decided that I want to start eating healthier. I eat way, way too much red meat. And use way too much butter and vegetable oil when I cook. So I am wondering if everyone can submit 3 of their favorite healthy recipes...one for breakfast, one for lunch and one for dinner. Thanks so much. And if you don't mind maybe throw in what you love to eat for a snack. Thanks
breakfast: smoothie of ff plain yogurt, frozen blue berries, 1 tsp flaxseed oil, 2 tsp agave nectar
Lunch: toasted sandwich round with white meat turkey burger, 1/4 sliced avocado, lett, tomatoe..... 1 oz baked lays and 4oz baby carrotts
dinner: chicken soft tacos - 2 carb balence tortilllas filled with chicken that was cooked in the slow cooker with salsa, reduced fat cheddar, cilantro and live juice. 1/2 cup of refried beans with garlic
for snack I like kashi granola bars, string chs, cereal, popcorn, you can make the above smoothie and freeze like popcycles, hummus and pita chips, bannanas and peanut butter etc...
