I started my weight loss plan this past Monday.. I'm eating around 1400 cals every day, exercising/hiking every day, no booze/night snacking, and.. I told myself I wasn't going to get on the scale til Monday, but I could feel that I was losing weight and had to step on the scale.. I'VE LOST 7 LBS!! I was 150.5, and am now 143.5!
Okay, maybe this number is a little wacky, but I am going to bask in it and enjoy it for today.... best of all, it has motivated me to keep on going!
(I'm following the Volumetrics eating plan.. I'm going to the library right now to get the second book with more recipes in it.)
