Hi Everyone! My name is Lynette. About a year ago I lost 50 pounds, and I've gained most of it back by quitting the gym, going back to sodas, and not watching my portions.

I have fibro, but thats not an excuse. I feel SO much better when I work out. I'm starting to walk in the mornings tomorrow.

I've been trying my hardest to go back to water instead of soda. That seems to be my biggest obstacle right now, I'm SO exhausted by the afternoon that I feel I need that jolt of caffiene to keep me going.

anyway, I look forward to getting to know you all!

look into a product called zipfizz.  I stopped drinking soda and anything with artificial sweeteners and zipfizz has natural sweeteners and is only 10 calories.  It made the transition from all the bad stuff easier b/c i at least had a substitute besides plain water.

Hi. I see you have fibro. I like you attitude about it. I have friends that have it and I know it can be tough. The ones that workout feel better. You can lose that weight. Green or black tea are a great boost for energy instead of soda. They booth rev up the metabolism as well. Glad you are here.
