I was looking through the pic I took of my son playing in the park yesterday. When I looked at the few that had me in them I couldn'tbelieve it

this is me as of yesterday

I don't know how much I lost exactly, because I don't know exactly how much I weighed then, but it is approximately 40lbs, ten of which were from the beginning of the moth when I officially started trying to lose weight again.
