losing 1 pounds every 2 days or so?

Is it normal too loose that amount ? I am not really cutting out a lot and still eat plenty. I am a heavy soda drinker and have cut it completely out of my diet for a week now, I have cut out chip cookies etc. For exm

today i had

2 scrambled wheat toast

turkey sandwhich part of my sons turkey melt he did not eat

crackers

and a very samll portion of homade chilli chesse fries.

so i am eating  well I think I just want to know if i need to adjust anything

in the beginning you losing big amounts is normal especially if you have a lot to lose. Just don't expect big numbers on a constant basis. 1-2 a week is average. But when I first started I dropped 5+ a week then it tapered off to a steady 1-3 a week with some plateaus here and there.

Yes, I ditto what the other mom said.  The week before last, I lost 7 lbs.  If you are cutting out a bad habit -- for you, the soda -- you probably will see some good numbers at first.   I saw a big loss b/c I had stopped my habit of unwinding with a couple glasses of wine in the evening and munching on chips, etc.. bad habit!

The food you posted doesn't sound like much, and where are the fruits, veggies, dairy?
