Start a challenge... who wants to join me? Week 1!

So I just had a baby 2 weeks ago and Im already ready to start losing this baby fat Soo... Lets do it! Im really excited to start this but I know Im going to need some buddies to get me to finish it. Whos with me?! Even if your not wanting a challenge you can just post along with me for that week. There is no time limit on this because I have NO IDEA how long its going to take me to lose this weight so Im just going to keep posting till I get there!  This will be my first and introductory post to the challenge. Plus if you have any hot tips you want to share that would be great too! So to start this off...
What is your start weight? 168.2
What is your current Weight? (For non-beginners)
What is your goal weight? 125
Exercise/Diet routine this week? Havent done anything yet but limited what I eat to smaller servings and watching fattening foods.
Support/Advice/Encouragment? I need help getting into a routine and sticking to a well rounded healthy diet.

What is your goal weight? 130

Exercise/Diet routine this week? im going to try to eat less fattening foods, bring lunch to work and drink more water
Support/Advice/Encouragment? like you, i need help getting into a routine, i dont like excersing by myself and i barely have time for myself. i'm going to try to excersing tricks i could do while i'm at work and if weather permits i'll take my daughter to the park and chase her.

I am ready to lose my extra weight to!!!

What is your start weight? 194

What is your current Weight? (For non-beginners)

What is your goal weight? 140-150

Exercise/Diet routine this week? I eat under 1500 calories, I run on my treadmill at least 3 times a week and I do my hip-hop abs workout as many times a week I can, I also lift weights and do push-ups crunches etc.

Support/Advice/Encouragment? I need help getting into a routine and sticking to a well rounded healthy diet

Exercise/Diet routine this week?I want to start back on the Six week diet. I walk almost everyday at least 4 miles and I chase toddlers

Exercise/Diet routine this week? starting monday i eat oatmeal for breakfast, carrots for morning snack, tuna for lunch with nothing on it, celery for a afternoon snack and chicken for supper with green beans. rotate the chicken and tuna for lunch and supper i am going on a stricked diet and after work doing cardio for half hour +, and lifting weights starting on a protien powder and maybe a diet pill

do you work out while your child(ren) is home? i'm debating on leaving my dd at the sitter's for an extra hour so that i can get an hour workout in 3 days a week. i normally pick her up around 6 15 but i pay for her to stay there til 8. she doesnt get to the sitters til 4 though so it's not like she's there all day. dh doesnt get home til bout 11 30 pm and that's too late for me to work out. 

what are some workouts that you do?

Exercise/Diet routine this week?  I currently lessen what I each, limit sweets, I do a hour of cardio alternated with a hour of weights 5-7 days a week, and I take tae kwon do 2 nights a week. I do all of this exercise when my girls go to bed and I have a friend acting as my personal trainer so he os good at keeping me on a routine.
Support/Advice/Encouragment? I need help with encouragement, I have been overweight since childhood and want to lose the weight to feel better and increase my self esteem.

I dont work out when Im at home cuz Im already running around like a mad woman. I havent started to workout yet but Im going to start with light workouts on the eliptical and bike. Also my apartment has an indoor pool so Im going to start swimming. Im going to go in the evenings when DH gets home. Also I want to do Namaste (sp?) Yoga thats on the FitTv channel. I might record it on the DVR and do it in the evening as well. My problem is I WANT to do all of that but I dont have the motivation. I need to set a routine for me so it kinda forces me into it.

Wow! This is sooo great! Looks like we have so much support in here! I love it!

Goal Weight 135

 

Exercise diet routine-  Eat smaller portions, less carbs  , streghth training and yoga 20 to 30 min 3 days a week, walk/ jog everyday.
