I know how you feel!  I get so impatient, I want the weight gone NOW!!  I wish I were a picky eater, LOL.. what do you like to eat, and maybe I can suggest some recipes.

Good for you for exercising..  I like to hike and I also do weight training in the house with my hand/ankle weights.  I do it while watching TV, abs/arms one day, my legs/bottom the next day.  It takes a half hour.

Do you have a step stool?  You can also burn extra calories while using it as a stepper while you watch TV.

Just a suggestion: don't drive yourself crazy by weighing yourself every day.  I used to do that.. try to stick to once a week, first thing in the morning nude, after peeing.

You can still indulge your sweet tooth-- just pick lower calorie things.  My sister has a sweet tooth, too, and gets these tasty Weight Watcher snack cakes, etc., and has one after dinner.  Although they do have a lot of sugar, there are good yogurts out there that could satisfy your craving without a lot of calories.. or you can make instant pudding and get some calcium to boot.

Do you like chili?  Today, I am making a pot of chili to eat during the week.  I use ground turkey instead of ground beef -- honestly, with the spices I can hardly tell the difference.  To make it filling and lower the calorie count even more, I am going to use less than the full package of turkey, and add a couple zucchinis sliced up or shredded.

I am following this eating plan called Volumetrics by Barbara Rolls.  If you like to eat large portions, it's a great plan, b/c she tells you how to eat a good amount of food, but keep the calorie count low by using lots of veggies, etc..

I think we all want results so fast. It took me 14 months to lose 50lbs. I did not see results for the first 2 months. But slow and steady wins the race. You can look at mtd food and exercise journals and mabey get some food ideas on there. I am an awful cook so I keep it simple. lol.

I see you have a sweeth tooth. Here is something I learned from The Biggest Loser and it is filling and taste good. Get the fat free sugar free jello in a box. They have great flavors! mix ir w/2 cups of skim milk. chill for 20 mins and take like a small cup mabey 1/2 a cup of the jellow and put some low fat whipped cream on it. 100 cals and yummy!!!!!!!!!
