I had lost all my pictures... and i recently found some old ones on my FIL computer and stole them haha My husband left in Oct to train before deployment. Well last time he saw me I was 168 after 2 kids...well im currently at 126!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to get to 115 before he gets home sometime feb or march....
This was before kids I think i was like 150.....
This was in July at my friends Wedding... I was 142
Here I am at about 130
I dont have any recent pics but I will def have to get them !!!!

I AM A 21 YR OLD MOMMY TO JULIUS 3 & ANGELIESE 10MO. I HAD JULIUS WHEN I WAS 17 YEARS OLD AND I DO NOT REGRET IT AT ALL!! I LOVE MY HUBBY, HE WORKS VERY HARD TO MAKE SURE ME AND OUR KIDS ARE TAKEN CARE OF. MY LITTLE PRINCESS HAS A HEART PROBLEM CALLED SVT AND SHE IS OUR LITTLE ANGEL BECAUSE WE ALMOST LOST HER WHEN SHE WAS 2 WEEKS OLD DUE TO HER HEART PROBLEM. JULIUS IS THE MOST ACTIVE 3 YEAR OLD EVER!! HE DOES THE CUTEST THINGS AND HE TELLS ME ABOUT 100 TIMES A DAY THAT HE LOVES ME AND THAT ALWAYS MAKES ME SMILE!!
Thank you :D I really cut back on what I was eating... I cut out all breads and all i ate was mainly veggies and fruits for about 2 weeks abd i guess that jump started it and I lost 7 lbs in a week....of course i started going to the gym atleast 3 days a week... I now pretty much eat anything I want but in moderation!!!! Still have 11 lbs to go and its becomming harder to loose !!!!

It is a 90-day program and it has 3 different phases, depending on your fitness goals (which includes a lean program, if you want tone and not a lot of muscles).
