what is a good way to exercise that doesnt take that much time every day due to i have three young children in the home and never seem to find anything that works for me anyone have some suggestions i am open to anything that you might suggest

i've heard a few people talking about the 30 day shred dvd by jillian michaels. i have it but it's hard on my knees.
the south beach diet supercharged book has exercises for you to do everyday that take 1/2 hour or less.
i'm not sure what would help you since everyone is different and i know it's hard enough for me to exercise and i only have 1 little one.
