Exercise/Diet routine this week? Walked more than week before. Did a little better with my eating, but really only getting back on track now.
Support/Advice/Encouragment? I need a push to work out--especially once the weather gets cold or is too hot. I love walking when the temps are moderate. Trying to motivate myself for indoor exercise.
