struggling with weight loss

so i am having a hard time with losing weight i have no time to go to the gym with school and 2 kids. i weigh about 134, but i am only 5 feet 1 inch. i would like to be at least 122 120 would be even better. i am not sure what the fastest and most affected way to lose weight is. i want to reach my goal weight by summer 2010. if anyone has any suggestions i would greatly appreciate them. i am very self consious and am uncomfortable with how i look. i am in serious need of some help!! someone help PLEASE!!!!!!!

I started with walking. I took my dd out on daily walks and increased the distance and the speed over time. It was great to get outside and ds loved be out for a while in the day.

If you have on demand with comcast, they have a section, sports and fitness. there are free workouts there too.

The biggest thing is to get out, and DO IT. Even if you are running up and down the stairs in  your house, or when the kids are napping, walk in circles around your house.

To lose 2 pounds a week, reduce your calories by 500 per day and exercise off 500 calories. But the biggest hurdle you will encounter is YOU. Make yourself do it.
