Hello,
I'm a 24 year old new mom to a two month old. This is my first baby and I gained a Butt load of fat and I would love to lose it. I have a goal of 1-2 lbs a week. I need someone who can inspire me and keep me motivated. I'm not any plan as of yet, I had the baby blues pretty bad and now I am feeling much better. Below are my current measurements and weight. Also I am a Vegetarian (new -2 weeks, had to convert as my BF is and I do all the cooking) so if anyone else is or knows some great recipes, send them my way.
Weight: 197
Arms: 14 inches
Abs: 39 inches
Calf: 16.5 inches
Chest: 37 inches
Hip: 47.5 inches
Neck: 13 inches
I also have 70 lbs to lose. I do not have all my measurements, but here are some:
Weight: 193 lbs
Height: 5 ft 1 in
Stomach- 42 1/2 in

Hi and congrats on the goal. When I had to cut sweets from my diet I made myself drink a full glass of cold water and waited for a little while...it worked after a little while. It was def mind over matter. I will add you as a friend so we can check in with each other every Wednesday. Good luck.
