I love these. They can be done anywhere at any time. You can sit doing these or stand or laying down. Just suck your abs in as tight as you can and make little slow breaths then release and rest for 15-20 seconds then repeat. Try these 3-4 days a week. Start by doing just ten a day and increase. This is a wonderful AB exercise that anyone can do. This along with a good diet can really help you build those abs.
