Week 3...for challenge with Mama Kirch

I am going ahead and starting the week 3 of our challenge with Mama_Kirch.  Hope you don't mind.

Starting weight: 209

Goal weight: 130

Current weight: 184

What I did this week to lose: I got back to walking. Only walked about 3 miles total for the week though. However, I am walking on a more challenging path. Also, reduced my calories again, except for Thanksgiving. May see it go back up a bit next week :-( but lost 3 lbs since last week.

Current weight: 167 (gained 2 lbs from last week.. :( )
Goal weight: 125
Exercise/Diet Routine: Well I had company staying with me all last week so I didnt go to the gym at all and since it was Thanksgiving I didnt stick to any diet... Im a bad bad girl this week.... :(
Support/Advice/Encouragement: Well I need motivation this week because Im working my A$$ off. (hopefully literally). All this week I have classes... Step in the mornings and kickboxing and yoga at night! Yay!

Wow...that workout should build muscle if nothing else! It'll work the weight off in the long run. Go you!!!
