Thanksgiving and I are not friends! I was doing great for november til the week of the big day. I was the cook.That's when it all went down hill. I weighed in today ( monthly weigh in) and have gained 3 since last month. Oh well, it's done. I'm ready to get going and reach the 60lbs gone mark by January! January 1st is the one year mark for me on this journey.
3 pounds really isn't that much, I wouldn't be too worried. Remember that you can gain muscle while losing fat and it can look like weight gain on a scale, are you measuring inches? that helps too, to know whats going on.Also remember slip ups happen, getting back on that workout routine and healthy diet is the harder part, so more power to you for being motivated to do so ;) good luck!
