I did yoga today for the first time. I like it. yoga 20 min makeover, I did 40 min of it. Have anyone tried yoga..if you did did you like it?
That was how I stayed in shape in collage, well that and walking across campus 2-3 times a day for classes. lol
I love it for the strech, the re-balancing I get. The results for me are to slow for what I need but I still try to go once a week, my body just needs it. So does me brain, lol
jennifer aniston's yoga trainer is coming out with a dvd... i was thinking about getting that one.
