so I started my weight loss "program" on 11/18/2009 and so far I am down 20 lbs I am so happy! I've been doing a combination of things portion control for one and excersizing and NO snacking! (the snacking was and still is so hard!) and I have found I actually feel better about myself to and just feel better in general. Just thought I would update about myself how are the rest of you doing?
