I don't want this to be another roller coaster diet that doesn't work. My thyroid is not at all what it once was but I'm hanging by a thread not to take insulin and become a diabetic. I watch 3 kids 3 days a week and I work as a stylist on weekends and I always stretch and occasionally workout if I have time. But its like taebo or cardio salsa or pilates. I have normal oatmeal and fruit for breakfast and coffee. I hate milk and I hate water(plain no tasting water). Lunch I normally have a sandwich we dont' have any chips in my house and I have a constant Insomnia so I don't sleep much and I dont' have dinner until 9 bc of me and my fiance schedule. I'm getting married in Feb can anyone help me lost like 10lbs at all? Maybe yummy recipes without mushrooms or onions in it. Something healthy and dietary goodness to it.

For recipes, I can't recommend sparkpeople.com highly enough :) The entire site is free to access and they have a large reperatoire of healthy recipes for pretty much every kind of meal plan you can think of.
As for the rest, I see two major roadblocks: irregular exercise and insomnia. You really need to exercise consistently to lose weight. Maybe commit 30 minutes a day (even break it up, lik 15 minutes in the morning and 15 in the evening) to exercise. Sleep is also a big factor...lack of sleep contributes to holding onto existing weight and even weight gain. Have you seen a doctor about your insomnia?
I second the reco for sparkpeople.com. It's helped immensely! Loads of information, tools and support there.
As far as getting enough water but not liking plain water, have you tried putting a few frozen berries in your water bottle? It adds some flavor but not all the junk "fruity" waters at the store have. I like seltzer waters, too. Tea counts and so does the coffee you have in the mornings.
I'm a big proponent of strength training to lose weight. It builds healthy strong muscles that burn much more at rest than flabby out of shape flab does. I do kettlebells and body weight exercises. Both can be done throughout the day with very little time. :) Good luck and congrats!

I personally can say I use to weigh 197LBS. in May of this year. I wore a size 13 in pants to a 14. I was tired of seeing myself gaining wait and didnt know what to do. I decided to take action. I enrolled in a 24 hour gym and worked out at home. I wanted to loose weight quicker. I cut out all the junk food. I too didnt like just plain water so i but the powder that you mix in ur water that is called super c energy that consist of this: Boost of vitamin C, Natural energy B vitamns, and good fo a low carb diet. I also went to the gnc store and bought a Colon Cleanse that was 10 bucks. I lost 15 pounds in 2wks. I personally say u are on the right track by working out. I say keep up ur workout and see that ur motavation be u r getting marreid and want to look great in ur dress for u and urself. If you cut back on alot of ur breads and tortillas u will see alot of ur change. Only eat the breads and tortillas if u have too. If u really r motivated u will make time for workout and healthy foods. And trust you will see a change. I have lost 30LBS all together and fit in a size 7/8 pant. I never thought i would get down to a small size. Also when working out if you can wear a workout belt that would be great you would see inches drop. Avon sales them for 12bucks. Good luck and best wishes. Congrats on ur engagment.
