DAY ONE- JAN 7,2010:
EXCERCISE: I did 15 minutes on the treadmill, 1 mile, 100 calories. Then I did 15 minutes on the elliptical, 2 miles, 160 calories. YAY
- DIET:
- Breakfast: Omelet with 1 roma tomato, cheddar cheese, small OJ 200 cal
- Lunch: 8 shrimp with peas and carrots 190 cal 4.5 fat
- Snack: 1+ cups of Rice Chex 150 cal 0 fat
- Snack: Candy cane
- Snack: Apple 100 cal 0 fat
- Snack: 2 cordial cherries :( 160 cal 3 fat
- Dinner: Pork chop, noodles, broccoli and carrots
- Snack: Yogurt covered strawberries 100 cal 3.5 fat

MON JAN 11TH-
Exercise: 20 minutes on the treadmill, 1.5 miles and 15 mins, 1 mile on the elliptical
Diet:
Breakfast: Waffle and syrup, glass of OJ
Snack: cheese stick
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Lobster tail boiled plain with bowl of veggies
Snack:Yogurt bites
Snack:Animal Crackers
Snack: Chocolate :/
