Great Job everyone on last weeks weight loss....We lost 37.1 lbs all together!!

How is everyone doing on their exercise, eating, etc..What are you doing to lose weight?What are you doing for exercise?Hope everyone has a wonderful week & just remember that if you fall off the wagon, your journey doesnt have to end, just pick yourself back up & start over..This isnt a timed thing to see how much weight you can lose in a short amount of time, changing your habits & becoming a healthier person should be the #1 goal!Good Luck Everyone!!:)

I've been eating between 1200 and 1500 calories a day, trying to followt he nutrittion guide i got from Sparkpeople.com. i bought a ab roller, for crunches, and i did 100 crunches on Sat, 50 reg crunches and 50 each side for obliques yesterday and today. i've also been going to the gym. i upped my treadmill workout, and i was sweating like crayz i burned about 560 cal in an hour! and felt awesome!! how's everyone else??

I have been eating between 1200-1500 cal....I gave myself 1 cheat day & I dont think I will do that again b/c I got off track, but today is a new day & Im starting fresh!I did cardio & strength exercises 4 times last week...This week I plan on doing cardio for 10 min. everyday & then 3 days a week do 30 min. shred & strength training from sparkpeople

Just wanted to let everyone know that when I tried to add some more people's weight it said the post was too long, so from now on I will just post the previous week & the current weeks weight...at the end I will just do a separate post saying how much everyone lost:)...Great Job on the weight loss this week ladies!!!

sorry so late i started school yesterday so been a little busy but i posted and here is my lose. It wasn't alot because i only work out once but i did a little like walked and played with little girl.

Start Weight=184.2

Jan.13=181.6

Jan 20=181.4

Total Loss=2.8
