Back at it!!!

I used to be a regular at the gym, even worked with a personal trainer for months...but kept gaining. I got frusturated and stopped going. I've gained another 10 pounds in the last year. So, I've gotten in the right mind set again. I am dressed and ready to go to the gym. I am looking forward to it actually, a workout is a great stress reducer!! I'm hoping to stick to it and lose the 30 pounds I need to lose. I am starting at 179.4 and would love to be in the 150's again.....one day at a time :)

YAY! I love the gym! You can do it. That is how I lost 50lbs. You are right....one day at a time.

Thanks for the encouraging words :) I just got home from my work out and feel great...can't wait to do it again tomorrow!!
