Looking for weight loss buddy ~ 20 lbs by June 3rd
Hello!
I am disabled with a muscle disease, but motivated. In the past I have followed Somersizing very successfully but in the past 3 years I became ill, then depressed, then didn't care, then 'why bother' and managed to pack on 50 pounds. Ultimately I would like to lose 70+ pounds but I think I will do best with a shorter-term, realistic goal of 20 pounds in 4 months.
I am limited on exercise capability, but am planning to join a gym and do water aerobics and walking. I cannot do any weight lifting or anything that strains my muscles.
I would love to have a buddy in a similar situation to talk with daily (or often) and share our unique challenges, dreams, and goals. Everyone is welcome, but I'm afraid my restrictions may make me not a great buddy for a healthy person. I'm open and willing though!!
Hoping to hear from you soon so we can work together to lose 20 pounds by my birthday - June 3rd!

Hello, Im Kym. Im not disabled but I do need to loose about 50lbs in total but 20lbs is a great start. I would like to be your buddy. I usually need someone to kick my butt in gear and yell at me for eating too many sweets.
