30 Day Shred: Is it enough for my arms???

Like many of us, I've been doing JM 30 Day Shred a few times a week.  The other day I suddenly wondered: is it challenging enough for my arms??  I used to do a routine on my own, using 5, 10, or 15 lb. weights.  With JM, I can really only use the 5 lb weights.

Maybe I should add a few of my old arm exercises to JM??  (I think it's more challenging to my legs/thighs with the squats, etc..)

I guess it depends on ur body but for me that was the first part that i noticed was toning and i use only 3lb weights. If u dont  think its enough go up in lbs alittle, but u dont want to over due yourself.

I don't know what that is. But to get results to built muscle you need to do weights for whatever part of your body of 8-15 reps. If you do any more reps your not challenging your body enough to build muscle.
