I'm close to my pregnancy weight that i was with my son and i have decided it is time to whip myself into shape..

I was wondering if there is any healthy/dietish foods that are yummy and i can get a picky 17 year old (me) along with a picky 2 year old (my son) to eat. and easy to make.. i'm not a great cook i just learned how to make ranch chicken breasts.

Along with some routines i should get myself into...

I'm going back to school for the first time in a year and a half this summer and i am thinking about retraining myself to wake up at 6:30 so work outs that i don't have to use the tv for or make a lot of noise would be great. Along with some excrises i can do with my son durning the day

Thanks <3 Britt

I really love the "Body for Life" meals! I have made many of them and they are DELICIOUS! The cookbook is about $20 or so I think, but my sister found it at half price books for like $10! Check it out!

As far as exercise, have you tried any home videos? I am using P90X and it is HARDCORE, but I LOVE it! It's cool because you get to do a different part of your body every day! www.beachbodycoach.com/beachbodybritt

I've also tried out the Winsor Pilates videos, and those are pretty good as well! Just not upbeat enough for me! LOL

Good luck!
