Yesterday I did 30 Day Shred for the 1st time.

Today my legs hurt so bad I can barely walk. Its mostly my upper legs, Should I do the workout every other day & yoga in between on the days I dont do 30 Day Shred? If im hurting this much I dont see how I can do it everyday.

Welcome to the club!!  LOL  Yes, it is supposed to hurt that much.  The first time I did 30 Day Shred, I almost had an asthma attack and felt sick afterward.  The next day, my upper thighs hurt, especially when I went up and down the stairs.  Believe it or not, it gets easier even by the second time.   The first time is just such a shock to your body b/c it may include moves you aren't used to.  I took a day off after the first time, b/c I hurt too much...  now, I can do it several days in a row and it's fine.

You don't have to do it every day.  I aim for 3 times a week, and hike or do other exercises on the other weekdays (I tend to take weekends off from exercising.)
