I've was flipping through the channels and saw the commerical for the 6 week body makeover. It looks real convincing; and I was wondering if anyone has tried it and did it work for you?

Bump! I have never heard of it but I just gave birth 3 weeks ago and feel HUGE! lol. I NEED somehting
I have tried it after my DD was born , it worked some BUT the eating is brutal. No salt, fat, etc. It's hard to stick to. I did it for 3 weeks(lost 10 pounds) , and then went to a wedding and decided to just eat normal. BIG mistake! My body couldn't handle the real food and I spent 45 minutes in the bathroom (If you know what I mean LOL) I stopped after that and went back to wieht watchers.

Thank you for the heads up. I knew with the recipes and tips it would be hard. I would have to adjust the whole family's eating habits if I was to start this program. I've never tried any "weight loss". My weight has been a rollercoaster since I had my youngest son (almost 2 years ago).
