30 Day Shred starting Monday March 22 (DAY 8) ***Edited***
Okay Ladies,
I am attempting to get back on the wagon with the 30 Day Shred. I just had a miscarriage and could really use some support and encouragement trying to work through it and this is how I am trying to do it!
Starting Monday March 22, I am challenging anyone who wants to join to do the 30 day shred everyday for 30 days. I fell off the wagon after 10 days the first time, but I am deteremined to make it the full 30 days this time. This video gets you results fast if you stick with it! Weigh-in by Monday morning and then get ready to go!
Day 8-How's everyone doing? I lost 4 pounds this week and worked out 5 days.
You know what? I'll do it with you. I keep telling myself that I'm going to do it, but I never do. I've had the DVD for well over a year, and I've done it twice. So we can support each other!
Starting weight for me is right around 225.
Sounds good to me! I started doing the shred in December and made it about 25 days out of the month. Wasn't as strict in Jan. and Feb. and had oral surgery in March and high impact exercise was a no-no. I am feeling better now and ready to get back on the bandwagon. I'll check back Monday to weigh-in.
I am sorry to hear about your loss. I have gone through 5 miscarriages myself during various stages from 8-22 weeks. Like you I have a great little man...28mos. I cannot seem to get back to anywhere near my "normal" pre pregnancy weight and would LOVE to join you in the 30 Day Shred workout. I have had the video about a year now and stop after the second week or so just due to lack of motivation. I will weigh-in Monday and look forward to having my butt kicked (and reshaped) by the video. LOL
