emotional eater- help

I am an emotional eater..I eat sweets at night after my family is asleep.

I especially have this problem when my husband travels on business and the kids are in bed.

I crave cupcakes, and frosting, and baked goods, especially during pms.

I would really appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks,

Dianne

I know how you feel.  I was so there!

What works for me is to get a glass of water and walking around.  It gives me a chance to reflect on what is really going on:  Hubby working too much, child not getting school work done, can't seem to keep up with house, etc, etc.  I work out a plan in my head and move forward.  If you are a Christian, turn it over to Him and He will give you peace!  :-)

I have lost 35 Ib after giving birth to my 2 children with this protein basis product.  I recommend you "Snack Defense" which as powerful herbal blend and helps deliver all-day snack control. Helps reduce carbohydrate absorption.  Maintains blood sugar levels already within a normal range.

Not only curve your snack cravings also, keeps you healthier!

I'm with you! I will be ddoing really well and then just binge because I get sad or overwhelmed or something.  Cookie dough seems to be my downfall and my husband always has it in the house!  GRRRR.  try keeping as little in the house as possible, or have special snacks for just you that are portion controlled.  I have started keeping the bite sized candy bars in the house for when I am having a melt down.  You think about how much you are eating more if you are having to open several different things instead of just one

the two things that work the best for me is to A) not buy those things. If i don't have them in the house i can't eat them, or if that's not possible B) Brush my teeth. i don't like eating things after i brush my teeth, the taste is off, and i would have to brush my teeth again.
