Well I just had a baby boy jan 25th... And I have been kind of trying to lose the weight, after I had him, I weighed 155 or so, Now Im at 143. My normal weight is around 120 and Im 5,5. Im having the last of the visiting family leaving tomorow, so I can start cracking down on weight loss! Its hard to diet when everyone wants take out and cheese burgers! Anyway, Im going to start running either this week or the next Im guessing about 5-6 miles a week. Its hard bc my husband is a Marine AD and he is ALWAYS gone for a week at a time you know? So Im at home with the boys alone a lot. Does anyone have any recomendations on work out videos and routines I can do at home, that are effective? I want to do P90X but I cant get my hands on it yet... Anyone eles in the same boat just about?

A lot of us like Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred.. I really love it! It killed me the first time, but now I am ready to --finally-- go on to level 2. All you need are 3 or 5 lb. hand weights to do it. It only takes 25 mins. tops! With eating right and just doing it 3 times my first week, I lost 4 lbs...

For me the best thing i've ever bought was a treadmill. i wasn't very good at running on it at first. but i'm a SAHM of 2 babies under that age of 2. so i don't have a lot of time to get out and run. I love my treadmill. i've done over 20 miles a week this month already. and i just bought it at the end of Jan. It's been a complete life saver. I got mine at Walmart for less than $300 and it works perfectly. And on days that i don't feel up to running, i use the incline and do a nice brisk walk, while watching a movie. Exercise doesn't get better than that! congrats again!! keep up the good work!
I don't really do work-out yet, I walk for at least 30 minutes a day. It's FREE! Usually I stroll my kids whenever I get a chance. it's nice out in the last few weeks. it helps. I have been on Protein basis diet "Herbalife" for a long time. I have taken this products along with my 2 pregnancies. I have lost 35 Ib 4 months after my second baby. Kept it off for 3 years now.
