So I do alot of cardio (usually eliptical) and I do weights. I also want to do some exercises that will naturally sculp my body. Do you know what will do that? Yoga, pilates, ect?
Using lighter weights and doing more repitions will help tone and slim, which will sculpt your body, but Yoga, and Pilates will definitely sculpt they are amazing workouts. i would suggest going to an actual studio and taking a class to start. Because the instructors will help perfect your movements and that will help maximize your results, and will decrease your chance of injury. Hope that helped.
