not sure if this is the right place but I wanted to share my success!
I rejoined my gym and started going on sunday. dropped off the kids to the daycare and got 10 minutes on the treadmill before I got called down to get them because my daughter was crying.
Mon- went again and got 8 minutes in before being called down.
Tues- went again and got in 10 mins
wed - missed :(
Thurs - went in and got a full half hour! 10 min on tread mill, 10 minutes on bike and 10 minutes with the hip abducter thing.
I am so sore now (I know...it's not a lot but I am very out of shape!) and I'm so excited I made it in 4 out of 5 days! Woohoo!
Just wanted to share :)
LOL I do mine through screaming kids, like today! You'd think they KNOW I do it everyday, get used to it, but nooooo. The 1 yo, she doesn't care!
