I live in MA so we have very short summers and long cold winters LOL! I walk alot all year round and I just started doing the exercise videos in my house while its cold out. I've been thinking about trying rollerblading once the weather gets nicer. I've heard its great for the legs and thighs. That is my biggest problem area besides my HUGE stomach.
Has anyone tried it...noticed any significant weight loss...thinks it'll help?
