I found another FUN workout!

I forgot that I had purchased the Gold's Gym Cardio Workout for myself for Christmas!! I play it on the Wii. I tried it and played for an hour without even realizing. Its cardio and strength and I had a blast! Just thought I should share. :)

You don't NEED the wii fit board, but you can use it and other then that either 2 wii-motes or a wii-mote and a nunchuck. Nothing fancy, just fun :)
