This is me now at 134 lbs at 4'9". Today this stops!!!! No more binge eating. I am going to start counting my Calories exercising everyday, even if only 10 minutes! My husband and I have our first wedding anniversary in September and I am going to be smokin hot!!!

Yes I am doing a food diary. For the first three days Iam detoxing and then I am going to start with the food diary. I see a dietician the 2nd of June so that should help as well!
Today I did a 10 Min workout from a dvd:

I am going to do one segment for the first week plus walking wherever I need to go, unless it is not within walking distance.
Then for my second week I am going to do the same thing except add another segment so I am doing 20 minutes a day and I will keep doing that until I get up to an hour a day and then I am going to switch over to the P90X system, which I did for 2 weeks before and saw results quickly!
I am praying that I stick with it! I am going to post pics every two weeks so everyone can see my progress and so I can be accountable!
