Down 15lbs Finally!!!

Im finally down 15 lbs ! I have started weight watchers in April cause I needed more assistance in losing weight. Last week I decided I needed to speed up the weight loss process  and I know what I needed to do ...TAE BO. I dusted off those DVD's I had and did the routine 30 minutes 4 days this week.Lost 3 pounds!! So I decided instead of focusing on weight loss I will focus on the # of workouts I completed for the week.

sounds good and congrats!!! i just rented Jillian Michaels Yoga dvd...i watched it through once...figured, i could do it.....the minute i got down to do it...OMGOSH way hard....lol

Thats a good idea. I finally hit my first goal of 20 pounds after having a baby one month ago. My next goal is to get under 200 which is 4 pound away.

Congrats to you!  I highly recommend any dvd by Jackie Warner.  Check out her book and/or website.  I was able to lose 15 lbs on her 2 week detox and am now using all of the info I learned from her book and am continuing to lose 1-2 lbs week.  Also, spinning classes are a great calorie burner and lots of fun (and easy on the knees), so if you have an opportunity to take a class go for it!  Good luck!
