I jogged this morning!! First time in over 15 years

This morning I got up at 5:30 and walked to the park (a block away), once I got there I started jogging around the track. I walked/jogged around 3 times = a mile. I felt so good! Loved being outside and exercising. I have lost 20 lbs since January trying to cut calories (not as good as I should have) and doing workout videos in the mornings - I got in a rut and started dreading it when the pounds quit coming off. I plan on jogging at least every other day. The hardest part is breathing- without feeling like my lungs are going to pop out of my chest. Any suggestions on this- or tips in general for a beginner?

the only thing I can suggest is to moderate your breathing. Here is a video with recommendations :)
