would you like to lose and why do you want to lose weight?
I weigh 130, I would like to get down to 115-120.
I want more to tone my abs than lose the weight, but in order to get fit, I need to lose the extra lbs :)
I only have 7 lbs to the bottom of my goal weight range. I started off at 167 lbs in December 09' and I'm down to 118.6 right now. The lowest I would like to get down to is 111.
If I can just get rid of the tummy, I'd be thrilled!
I'm 186 now.. I want to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 125, at least... I'm hoping for a little more weight to come off. :) I have fat stored everywhere -- tummy, thighs, arms, neck, back, etc... I just want to be healthy.. but also be thin :)

I am 144 right now and i want to get to 110 again. but if i get to a point in my weight loss that I am just happy in my skin I will be happy. I have alot of muscle so i would settle for 115. and just tone up my bady. I want to lose the weight so I have more energy to play with my kids, for my own happiness and so my husband will be proud to show me off like he used to.
I want to lose 70 pounds because I want to be healthy and feel good about myself again. I am currently at a not so healthy weight and I need to change that.
