August 23rd: Weight 166lbs Body Fat: 37.7%

Ultimate Goal (By June 2011): Weight 125 lbs Body Fat: 20%  Run 1 Mile in 9.5 Minutes

Short Term Goals

By September 23rd:

Weight 160lbs

Walk 15 Miles a week at Home 

Do 50 squats

Do 50 Lunges (25 per leg)

Do 5 Push Ups

By October 23rd

Weight 150lbs

Walk 20 Miles a week at home

Do 50 Squats with 20lbs

Do 50 Lunges with 20lbs

Do 10 Push Ups

By December 23rd

Weight 140lbs

Walk 30 Miles a week at home

Do 50 squats with 40 lbs

Do 50 Lunges with 40lbs

Do 20 Push Ups

January 23rd to June 16th

Weight 125lbs, Maintain weight, Walk 35 miles a week at home, squats/lunges w/ 50lbs & 50 Push Ups
