Changing it up a bit.....

I have hit a bit of a plateau so Im gonna change my workouts up a bit. Still doing the Couch to 5 k on alternate days. Im on week 6. But now instead of doing Turbo Jam on the non Couch days Im starting to do Jillian Michaels again. Either 30 day shred or Boost/Trouble Zones depending on the time I have in the morning.

Figure a switch up will help!

good luck! Switching can not only be good for getting out of a plateau, but it also helps with your mindset :)
