I want to lose roughly 40 pounds and it should have already been accomplished, but it's proving much harder than expected

15 More pounds and I'll be back at my pre pregnancy weight. I'm hoping for that, but if nothing else, I want to be toned.

My ultimate goal is to get to 130 lbs by September 2013. I am 209 now. My short term goal is 199. After that 189, and so on. It doesn't seem as daunting if I concentrate on small increments.
