Hello!
Thanks to nykkii for recommending me to this group!
I am 25 from austin, tx. I have a little girl named Bailey who is 19 months. She is my wild woman! My husband is a chef. We have been married for 2 1/2 years almost.
I am currently 5'4 and 140 lbs. I would love to lose 20 lbs to be at my happy weight.
I had been posting my weight loss journal in another group but I would love people to comment so... I'm gonna start posting here!

Yeah I'm a shorty in real life. I think I have a small upper body but my bottom half always gains the most. I'm totally a pear.

ok so here's my journal for 12/15 so far...

breakfast: half a whole grain bagel with low fat cream cheese, half a banana, and 5 cubes pineapple (about 250 calories)

lunch: bowl of amy's low sodium lentil vegetable soup (i couldnt just do one serving i had the whole bowl... so amazing) and a string cheese (total calories: probably about 420)

my exercise was running for 40 minutes while my hubby played with bailey at the park. i ran about 3.3 miles. i only stopped once woohoo!

i'll update with snack and dinner later.

Ok so yesterday eve did not go as planned. I inhaled a ton of cheeze its :/ and for dinner I had a hot dog with no bun and spinach. But the cheezeits were bad.

Today I ran for 30 minutes fast! My legs feel toned but I can't see it yet.
Breakfast: clif bar and half an apple
Lunch: veggie burger patty with hot sauce, cucumbers, mini orange tomatoes, and a string cheese. And for some reason...my pants wouldn't button!! I've been bloated.
Dinner:uggh. Huge serving of rice with chicken marsala. Huge !

Probably had around 1100 or 1200 total today.

Ok so today so far I've had half a bagel (whole grain) with low fat cream cheese, cucunber slices, and a handful of goldfish. 2 bottles of water also.
I'm on my way to a new running route.
Is it weird that I feel like I'm just maintaining my weight, I'm not actually losing anything??
