My PSA for the day...

I see a lot of ladies confused about calorie burn and how much to eat vs how much you burn...

Here's the thing ladies...

One pound of fat contains 3500 calories. You have to burn an extra 3500 calories per week to lose just 1 pound of fat. You should aim for at least a 500 calorie deficit between your burn and your consumption daily.

For instance...when I was in loss mode I had my burn set for 2000 calories per day and my consumption for 1500. I would normally burn over 2000 ( breathing, exercise, etc) and consume no more than 1500. This would give me a deficit of 500-600 per day and ensure a 1 lb loss every week.

It is math..just like your BMR is math..calories in vs. calories out is also math. 2000-1500=500...Aim for that 500 calorie deficit daily and you have got it made!
