I'm going grocery shopping tonight and am struggling with this dang list!  I want to prepare meals my kids and husband will like without going overboard on cals and while paying attention to health.

Any tried and true suggesstions??

Mashed cauliflower in place of potatoes...turkey meatloaf ( I put a ton of veggies in mine so it is low calorie...), turkey chili, chicken breasts, whole wheat pasta, fresh spinach, frozen veggies, fruit....

My turkey chili with black beans is only about 160 cals per serving..my turkey meatloaf is about 154 calories per serving..my mashed potatoes are 107 cals per serving...

Just some ideas for you...
