Hello ladies I'm back with a new journal ready for a new month and a step closer to who I want to be!

Starting Stats:

  1. Left/Right arm- 11 3/4
  2. bust- 36
  3. waist - 31 1/2
  4. hips- 40 3/4

So I'm going to try to keep up with my food intake... I'm really bad with remembering when to eat and when I do eat righting the right amount of calories. But I did get Myfitness app on my fone which helps me track my progress throught the day.

How do you get motivated when you hit a plateau?

I write myself little post-it notes and put the them on my mirror. Some of them say my goal weight. some of them have inspirational quotes. Other's just ask questions like:

  1. "When's the last time you worked out?" 
  2. " What have you done for yourself today?"
  3. "Are you happy where your at?"

And then sometimes I join these cafemom groups and look for challenges... I'm really competitive so challenges are a great motivator for me.

This is my activity portion...This month for me it's all about the cardio. So how many miiles (which I'm trying to avrage 2 a day) and how many minutes (this is mostly workout videos)

Week One

3/1 tues- 2.5 miles/80 mins of exercise.

3/2 wed- 2 miles/ 30 mins of exercise

3/3 thurs- 2 miles/ 30 mins of exercise

3/4 fri- 3.8 miles/ 60 mins of exercise

 3/5 sat- 5 miles/ 80 mins of exercise

3/6 sun- 10 miles/ 80 mins of exercise

 

Week Two

3/7 mon- 2 miles/ 45 mins of exercise

3/8 tues- 2 miles/ 65 mins of exercise

3/9 wed- 3 miles/ 30 mins of exercise

3/10 thur- 5 miles/ 180 mins of exercise

3/11 fri- 5 miles/ 80 mins of exercise

3/12 sat- 5 miles/ 30 mins of exercise

3/13 sun- 10 miles/ 140 mins of exersise

 

Week Three

3/14 mon- 2 miles/45 mins

3/15 tues- 2 miles/ 90 mins

3/16 wed- 0 miles/ 30 mins

3/17 thurs- 2 miles/ 30 mins

3/18 fri- 0 miles/ 55 mins

3/19 sat- 1 mile

3/20 sun- 2 mies/ 45 mins

What's more important to you--how you look, or the number on the scale? Why?

How I look.... if I look in the mirror and I like what I see I can be 5,000lbs for all I care. But if I dont like the way I look what the scale says doesn't matter.
