To get back to my exercising routine that went out the window last month because of illness and dh surgery. Also, to try to lose at least 5 lbs this month.

8lbs! Got to really kick things into gear cause I only lost 6 last month so I added that 1lb I didn't get to this month.

To finish my first month of Insanity :) I am on day 4. and it is my birthday Month, Yay me! lol

Workout 45-60 minutes a day. Watch my calories and sodium intake and lose atleast 5 lbs.

Improve eating (allowed too many sweets last month). Lose 5lbs. Start Insanity!

 I want to be at 140 by the end of this month.  Which depending on the time of day is anywhere from 4-7 lbs.  LOL.

I would love to see 135lbs on the scale so that's about a 5lb loss
