I'm doing the last chance workout DVD today. I need to be 2 pounds lighter BY FRIDAY than I was on Monday to reach my goal. I want YOU to add to my workout.. name an exercise (25 jumping jacks, running in place for 3 minutes straight, etc), and I will do it tonight and let you know how many calories it burned. :)
