I had egg/egg white omelet with onions, green peppers,mushrooms, tomatoes, laughing cow cheese, and turkey sausage...yummy!

I had Special K Oats and Honey with a cup of skim milk. I brought Multi-grain Cheerios for a snack to work (which I should be eating in the next little bit since I ate breakfast at 6.

2 slices of whole grain toast topped with fat free cream cheese, 1\2 of a banana, 1\4 cup of grapes and strawberries with some splenda sprinkled on top. It's my version of an easy fruit pizza...yummy!

Oh, and I have my cup of 24 oz of water I carry around with me and drink between breakfast and mid morning.

Sourdough english Muffin, ham, cheese, and egg (1/2 yolk and 2 whites) So so yummy!

1/2 cup of Ezekiel cereal with skim milk and 8oz of unsweetened coffee. I will have some blackberries and blueberries in a little while.
