Hello, Ladies! It's weigh in day. How did you do this week?

I did really well this week. I kept my eating in check and I worked out like crazy! 

Starting weight(for this challenge)- 165

Last weeks weight- 165

Current weight- 163!!! Yay!!!

Pounds lost- 2

Goals for this week- Eat healthy, drink plenty of water, exercise 6 days, find time to relax!

This week wasn't so great for me...but it is b/c of my TOM.

Starting weight - 200.1

Last week - 196.2

Current weight - 196.0

This week I lost 0.2lbs...which is not as bad as gaining some...as long as my numbers are going down I am happy. I hope once the bloat goes away so will at least a pound. I have been really eating well and got in a day of exercise (better than last week).

This week my goal is to get at least 3-4 days of some type of exercise in at least 20 minute intervals, as well as keeping up my eating habits.

 I don't know honestly what I was last week HAHAHAHAHA!

I think I was 153, 3 weeks ago but I' 151.8 today. I feel like I've been bloated the last 2 days so I wonder if I'm really smaller than that? Who knows.

I've been working out nonstop and eatting enough calories to sustain my weightloos.

My goals this week:

Figure out how to rest my knee

LOOSE WEIGHT

LOTS of water, no zero cal soda

Today...183.6

Even though my weight is up then down, I am still losing inches. My goal is to keep the scale numbers going down. I just started running this week, so I want to run at least 3 days this week for 15 minutes each day. Otherwise, keep the rest going.

Last week I gained one (But the birthday cake and pizza was yummy!)

This week I lost 2, so I am down one from the start of the challenge.

I did make plenty of pre-made meals last week (which was my goal), so this week, my goal is all about my eating. I have set up a strict meal plan for the entire week. My goal is to follow this plan, and walk the kids to and from school (we live a mile away) every day (total of 4 miles per day), plus at least three good workouts.  I am going big this week! We will see..

My bio dad died and my whole family has been sick so no exercise with emotional eating.

Babywear/march or jog march 20 - 30 min 6 days
Yoga or pilates 2 times this week. We can do it ladies and great work all.

I was 248 last monday, today I am 249! I had a rough end to my week...some health issues going on. :(

started at 186.6 ,last week was 186.2, this week 179.7

Goeals this week:

water, eat better (i ate literally nothing all weekend, long story), excersize more (only hit elliptical once this week), and lose at least 3 lbs.
